History:
Goodwyn, Mills, and Cawood was established in 1947 by Don Mills and George Goodwyn, two civil engineers. Steve Cawood joined the company in 1985, forming the present day company. Shortly after, in 1986, GMC began to evolve into a multidisciplinary company, working in both architecture and engineering. Since then, landscape architecture, transportation engineering, and environmental engineering have all been added to the mix. The company has continued to grow, opening offices all across the south east part of the United States, solidifying its position as one of the regions most trusted architecture and engineering firms.
