History:
Syska Hennessy Group, Inc. was founded in 1928 by mechanical engineers Adolph G. Syska and John F. Hennessy. Syska Hennessy Group, Inc. developed new technologies such as solar energy use, combination lighting fixtures and air diffusers, and strip line air diffusers. Their selection as the project engineer for the new United Nations headquarters in New York City solidified their position as an industry leader. They pride themselves in their leadership in technologies such as sustainable design, low voltage technology, and architectural lighting design, while still maintaining their skills in mechanical and electrical engineering that enabled them to build such a strong foundation as a company.
