Brad Garmann and Bruce Miller opened the company as an architecture firm in 1993. They later added (electrical and mechanical) engineering in 2001. The company is a design firm, taking charge of the architectural, MEP, and interior design. They also do some construction management. It is a smaller company, employing about 60 people.
