History:

POWER Engineers is established in Pocatello, Idaho, by two engineers. Two men and a woman are hired as drafters – Kenny, Kenny, and Leni. Soon after, the Pocatello office burns down. The firm eventually moves to Hailey, Idaho, just south of Sun Valley. They converted an old auto shop into their office. In 1978, POWER moves again, this time to a log cabin next to the Hailey Airport runway. In 1984, Engineers from consulting giant Morrison-Knudsen elect to join POWER rather than transfer to Cleveland. POWER creates an Industrial Division to shelter these refugees. As of 2021, they have become engineers, scientists and consultants who team together to create integrated, multidiscipline solutions. #3 in Power2021 ENR rankings
