History:

Architectural Engineers Collaborative (AEC) was founded by Chuck Naeve, who has “managed structural engineering projects and business activities of engineering firms for over thirty years.”  AEC has a reputation of working closely with architects to generate structural solutions that enhance the architectural ideas and principles of a project.  The firm has performed work on many high profile projects in Austin, Texas and is known for working with architects that want the structure to be a visible part of the architecture. Chuck says his firm specializes in retrofitting and repurposing structures wherein they “work with the existing bones” of a building to generate beautiful structural solutions.
