“Energy Testing & Balance, Inc. has been actively engaged in testing, balancing, commissioning, study, design and research of air distribution systems since 1979. ET&B is an Engineering Consulting firm specializing in institutional and commercial mechanical systems. The primary services include, Mechanical Systems Design Review, Mechanical Systems Performance Testing and Analysis, Mechanical System Audits, Systems Test & Balance and Commissioning. They also provide in-house laboratory services where the engineerings can thoroughly test the construction and performance of air terminal units and fume hoods. The engineers at ET&B are concerned with obtaining a quality, which is compatible with present resources, building technologies and existing technology. They are endeavoring to keep air distribution systems as a continuing research project.” ET& B is a local Austin company that has done the testing and research on multiple University of Texas campuses ranging from a vast amount on the Austin Campus to newer projects in San Antonio and Port Aransas.
