History:
Flack + Kurtz was acquired by WSP, a Canadian company founded in 1959 with British and American roots. It is one of the largest professional services firms in the world. It was established by Chris Cole and three other partners trading as the Williams Sale Partnership. They didn’t pick up until 2014 when they purchased Parsons Brinckerhoff and ever since then had begun acquiring major firms all over the world. Their most recent addition was in 2020 when they acquired Golder, a geotechnical consulting based in Canada.
