Hennessy, John F.

John F. Hennessy

John F. Hennessy attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he wrote his thesis about methods of water supply in hotels and office buildings. [1] After he graduated, he went on to become Syska Hennessy Group Inc.‘s first chairman and CEO. After his death, Hennessy’s role as CEO was passed down to his son and, eventually, his grandson, until 2000 when his grandson, John F. Hennessy III stepped down to form his own firm. [2]
